  • Every plan is different, but the vast majority cover massage therapy. How much depends on each individual plan. It may either be a specific amount per visit that they will cover, or a percentage of the fee. Most plans also have a yearly cap. It is best to contact your payroll or benefits personal before making an appointment if you are concerned about reimbursement. We do direct bill on your behalf, however it is the responsibility of you to know what your plan covers before your appointment. We cannot preauthorize your appointment before your visit. We also provide an receipt which the balance can be submitted to your insurance company.

  • The majority of insurance companies do not require a doctors note, however, be sure to check your policy to see if a referral is needed in order for us to be able to bill directly or for you to be reimbursed your treatments.

  • Our cancellation policy at Pure Massage Leduc is 24 hour's notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. If the appointment is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time and cancelled, up to 50% may be charged to the client. If the client is a no show, 100% will be billed. If you do not pay your cancellation fee (which cannot be charged to insurance benefits), your account will be frozen and future appointments will be cancelled until payment is received.

  • We do not have a full time receptionist on site. However there always is a friendly voice there to receive your calls! Because we don't have a receptionist on site, we lock our front door while in treatments, we ask that you arrive only 10 minutes before your appointment. If you have come early and the door is locked, call the number on the door - please do not knock, we are just finishing up a treatment and will be out shortly.
